Are you interested in booking a stay at a vacation rental for your next Kailua, Hawaii vacation? If you are, you will soon find that you have a number of different options. A few of your options, as well as situations that they may be best for, are outlined below.
One of the many options that you have, when staying in Kailua, is booking a stay at a vacation home. Kailua vacation homes are popular among tourists. One of the many reasons why they are popular is because many are private and they have home-like feels. You will also find that vacation homes are often full of great and much needed features, including washers and dryers, dishwashers, cable television, internet access, and so forth. If you carefully choose your Kailua vacation home, you may gain access to a swimming pool or a garden patio area.
Kailua home rentals are ideal for all vacationers, especially those who enjoy having privacy and a home-like feel. With that in mind, some Hawaii tourists can benefit from vacation home rentals more than others. For instance, if you are looking to take a romantic getaway or a honeymoon, you may enjoy the privacy of a vacation home rental. If you are traveling with your family or a large group of friends, you may enjoy the large space that accompanies most home rentals.
Another one of your options, when looking to take a Kailua vacation, is renting a condo. When renting a Kailua condo, you are provided with a certain level of privacy, but not as much privacy as provided with a vacation home rental. For example, you will be able to rent your own living space, but there will be other residents or tenants in your condo complex.
As with vacation home rentals, Kailua condos are ideal for all vacationers, but they are ideal for those traveling in small groups. Although vacation condo rentals do come in a number of sizes, you will find that they typically have one or two bedrooms. Perhaps, the only downside to renting a Kailua condo is that they are difficult to come by. If you are able to find an available Kailua condo that you like, you are urged to make your reservations right away.
You also have the option of booking a stay at a Kailua villa, when taking a Kailua vacation. What is nice about villa rentals is that they are luxurious and elegant in nature. Generally speaking, a villa rental is a step up from a vacation home rental. Although there will be some variances, Kailua villas are often large in size, somewhat secluded, and are often stocked full of great features, such as swimming pools and hot tubs.
As with all other Kailua vacation home rentals, Kailua villas are ideal and available for anyone who wants to rent them. With that in mind, the elegance and luxury of them makes them perfect for romantic getaways and honeymoons. Since most villas are large in size, you may also find villa rentals perfect for large group trips, such as a surfing trip with friends.
Although not as popular as Kailua vacation homes, condos, and villas, you will also find Kailua apartment rentals available for booking. These rentals are traditional apartments. In fact, if not rented for vacation purposes, these rentals would likely be filled with local tenants. One of the few downsides to renting a Kailua vacation apartment is the privacy. While you will still have your own private rental, you may hear your neighbors coming and going.
Due to typically being small in size, Kailua vacation apartment rentals are ideal for those who are on romantic getaways or honeymoons. Speaking of small sizes, you will find that size has an impact on cost. Vacation apartment rentals are one of the most cost effective ways to vacation in Kailua. If you are on a budget or just looking to limit your vacation expenses, a Kailua apartment rental may be worth looking into.
As outlined above, you have a number of different options when looking to find a Kailua vacation rental to stay at. If you are still unsure as to which type of vacation rental is best for you and your needs, you may want to take the time to examine all of your options. This is nice and easy to do with websites, such as HawaiianBeachRentals.com.

Tuesday, March 31st, 20093 Ways to Create an Online Travel Income
Tuesday, March 31st, 2009Imagine this: you wake up in the glamorous, exotic, or rustic location of your choice. A smile sneaks its way onto your face. You’re living your dream of traveling the world… and, here’s the best part – you’re getting paid for it.
It is extremely difficult to write about this subject without sounding ‘hypey’ and ‘salesy,’ so let me just lay out the facts, and I’ll let you come up with your own conclusions:
Hundreds of billions of dollars change hands online every year.
• Thousands of one-man-business entrepreneurs are making a portion of this money.
• Internet technology has made business possible from anywhere in the world. All you need is a laptop or Internet café…
• With a little bit of training and know-how, creating a profitable business online that takes in a few thousand dollars per month takes about 30-90 days.
• There’s a growing underground community whose strategies have them making more money than their friends with ‘Jobs’ and they get to travel to wherever they like.
There are the facts. If you put it all together, there is no reason you can’t take an extremely small piece of the pie. In fact, if you made .00001% of the money being made online you’d be ridiculously rich!
So what are the methods to make this happen? There’s no selling your friends or timeshares or anything shady like that. These are completely legitimate, entrepreneurial ventures that don’t take any startup costs or a ton of training. There are MANY ways to make money online, but here are 3:
1) Sell digital information. If you’re an expert on a subject of any kind, you can quickly and easily create an digitally delivered product and then focus on selling the product online. This can be an ebook, mp3, video file, or even a simple password-protected website. The markup on these products is HUGE because they cost nothing to create or deliver, and they can be sold for $10 to $10,000+ dollars. Say you have a modest $20 download. If you sold a measly 3 products per day, you’re making $1,800 bucks a month. Sell a $50 dollar product (which takes no more work) at the same rate and you’re making $4,500 a month… for doing the work ONCE!
2) Sell stuff on Ebay. “Wait!” I can hear you objecting… “I don’t want to carry around old junk to sell while I travel!” By all means… DON’T! You can easily set up an inexpensive account with a fulfillment house and have them ship your auction sales for you. You can hire a high school kid or your little sister to ship stuff. Better yet, just sell digital products on Ebay and don’t ship anything!
3) Blogging. This is a great option for writers, photographers, and videographers who want to document their travel. You’re probably going to be at least journaling, taking pictures, or video… most likely a combination of all three. Well, did you ever consider making it into a blog that makes money? Setting up a blog to collect income from your advertisers (and visitors, if you choose) is easier than ever. Some bloggers are making $250,000+ per MONTH just for writing about their lives. Yes, you read that correctly. Per month. Not too shabby!
The real key to making money online is to take action and get started. Pick one of these methods, learn as much as you can from experts who have done it already, and then go travel the world!

China Vacations Travel Guide – Lijiang Travel
Monday, March 30th, 2009This article is about the China vacations and you can find some useful information in it if you are planning your China vacations now.
Lijiang is a famous place for the travellers from all over the world. Both the Chinese and foreign travellers love this small town. Many foreign travellers even stay here for serveral years and open a bar or something. What they want is to enjoy the peaceful life of this ancient Chinese town.
I have been to Lijiang once and I still hope that I can visit it for a second time. Lots of people have the same feeling too. Here I will introduce you some of my experience of the Lijiang travel.
Lijiang is a small town in Yunnan, China. The town has a 800 year history from as early as the late Song Dynasty. It is built where the Jade River divides into three and its streams form the canals and waterways which flow along the old town streets. This place is very specail and you will never get to know the real Lijiang if your plan for Lijiang is only 1 or 2 days. Lijiang is a place for the travellers to stay and enjoy the simple life here. I met a girl from Chengdu on my way to Lijiang and she told me that she stayed here in Lijiang for 30 or 40 days every time she visited this place. I will recommend that you stay here for at least 5 days and this will make your Lijiang travel more interesting.( more info about China vacations at Travel2ChinaInfo Dot COM )
How to get in? You can fly to Lijiang from many big cities in China. Another choice is to fly to Kunming first. Kuming is also a famous tourism city. It is called the “Spring City” because of its good climate. You can get fresh flowers at very good deals(3 rmb for a dozen of roses). There are many tourists’ bus heading to Dali from Kuming. You can take the bus at 10 pm and it will arrive at Dali on 6 am next day. Dali is an old Chinese town and has lots of interesting things to see(Traditional chinese dance, wax painting, etc). The bus from Dali to Lijiang starts at 5 pm every day.
The hotels in Lijiang: It is not wise to choose a regular hotel for your Lijiang travel and you will lose all the fun here if you stay in a hotel. Lijiang is a very unique place in the whole world and you can only feel this kind of unique attraction when you live in it(in the old inns of Lijiang). Nobody knows the number of inns in Lijiang. All the inns here are very specail. (cost 20-150 rmb a night) The names of the inns are also very interesting. They are like “longmen inn”, “Yeyuxuan inn”,”Bulage innt”, etc(names from the old Chinese novels). I will recommend the “Yulong inn” here. The owner of this inn is very nice and the price is reasonable. (tel: 0888-5125630, cell phone:13988825550)
Eat in Lijiang: You can find lots of good snacks in Lijiang like “Lijiang baba”, “Jidouliangfen”,”Jiantudou”,”Jizhimixian”. They are the favourites of the young girls. For the males, you can try the “Heishanyangtourou”, it is a very delicious local food and you will never find something like this in other places! (Tips: do not eat in the restaurants near Sifang Street. They are too expensive and food there are not the real Lijiang food.)
